 I have always loved Christian Siriano since when ever. His collections are always so elegant but edgy and this collection is just that amazing. Between the bright colors of tangerine and lime, A-line dresses, Lennon shades, peach suit. This collection had me in amazing awe. I love this time of year.

I caught the last few pieces to the collection. I love loved what I saw. The shoes were just a little bit dangerous though because a few models took spills on the runway. Some even lost a shoe or two. But other than that the show was excellent. There was a lot of black but he mixed in some greens with it. And a few rosette dresses that I really loved. Like the finale skirt was so Oscar approved by me. Someone needs to scope that one up asap. Great for a first time nominee.

Yay-Chritian Siriano Spring 2011

Hi there.

So after watching PR8 I realized "hey didn't they host a fashion last night". So I headed over to NYMAG.com and checked to see who won. To my surprise, yet again all the remaining contestants had runway shows. I'll blog about those in another post.

CS's looks were all so fabulose-I like this spelling better :)-I could only chose 5 tho. Don't wanna seem to over crowded. But he appeared to be going for a St. Tropez look. Kinda reminded me of something J-Lo would wear. Then he had some beautiful prints towards the end. There was a lot of asymmetries, off the shoulder. And some dresses had a Grecian feel to them. But overall I loved it of course. Check out below my top 5.

I freaking am in love with Christian Siriano!!

Hello out there in Blogger land.

This post is just about a very awesome amazing designer named Christian Siriano, I love love love him and his style so much. Funny thing is the season that he was on for PR was the only season I didn't watch; one day when I'm done with school I'm gonna eat popcorn and watch every episode. Any hoo, last year for a class I had called Fashion 101, if you didn't know I'm a Fashion Major. The final assignment was to find a designer and make a poster board of them. My first fave "designer" was to choose Kimora Lee Simmons, then I said that's too easy. Then I saw a book at B&N, with CS on it. I said that's it, I gotta do my board on him.

So After tons of research I finally got to know who he was as a designer, his aesthetic is so different. And he makes a beautiful piece of art every time.

Here are some shoes he showed on the View the other day and some may even be available at Payless shoesource . I hope to some day meet him :).
