Red vs Nude

To go red or to go nude? That really is the question that needs to be answered. One min the trend for lip shade is red, next thing you know the color is nude. But how can a girl choose. They say depending on the color you choose, it can be detrimental to your whole entire look. I say, if the trend doesn’t work for you, then don’t work IT.

I love fashion week don't get me wrong, but I am pretty happy it is over. It's so exhausting to look at 35-40 looks for 200 plus designers. But also gives me some pretty nice ideas for looks for S/S 2012. Today is the close of the shows in NYC {insert tears here}. Some looks in my opinion were basically repeats of years ago. They do say with fashion things fade out but always come back and that is the truth. I saw some 60's and 70's inspired collections. As well as some modern WTH looks. lol. This year it was all about the front row :)

Ms. June Ambrose is my newly found style icon that is soo cool. The way she dresses and styles celebs is amazing. It is hard to find a very unique African American stylist that has her own things going on. I see her doing amazing things with product ventures, tv shows, etc.
