Magazine Thursdays!!!

I like the ring of that. I have yet to read these mags but I always must purchase the September issues. My fave so far was Lucky mag. They featured so many great ideas to try for the fall. Being that Im graduating soon I have yet to figure out exactly what my fashion career choice is. I have so many to choose from. Check out these mags. O and miscellaneous mags, time out and US just happened to have arrived today :)

Natural versus relaxed....

So the other day I woke up around 10am and read an article on this lady who said the n-word on national radio. I decided lets do a video right away, you know get it out there. Well little did I know the first comment about I got was about my hair. Are you natural and what happened to your pretty hair. I mean is the natural look not pretty anymore. Do we need a reason to go natural. Why does being pretty have to mean straight hair. These were all my questions to myself. I simply explained that no I am not going natural, but now that I have thought about maybe I should. Before I started YT I was unrelaxed but I did straighten my hair all the time. And after I cared less about my hair it started falling out. So then I started wearing wigs, then sew ins, back to wigs. Before I knew it my hair was basically broken so badly. I said never again will I be a natural. But since May I have not touched up. Instead I've just been washing and going.

My hair journey has been just that, a journey, so I have vowed to do what makes me comfortable.

Whether that's natural or relaxed or weaves and wigs, how ever or what ever I feel comfy in, will be my 'do....which by the way changes. Below are some pics of where my hair has been and where it is today :)

. . .is all I can say about the second episode. This show is a train wreck waiting to happen. Very embaressing to the female species. Well most of them. My fave is fab Morgan and Kia (I think thats her name. Anyway they are all full of drama and fights. Can't wait to next weeks episode.

Next up is Fantasia allegedly tried to kill herself this week. WTF. is all I can say about that.

Then we have sexy ass full of ish men on the line. Mr 85 and T.O. Ok I love them but 85 is feeding these ladies gravee and T.O. cries to damn much on his show. Stop!!

Lastly there is a Hollywood issue out featuring my gurl Kyla Pratt. A whole bunch of others too. But Kyla is someone who inspired me to be an actress back in the day. Her and Lizzie McGuire. Anyhoo what does this have to do with fashion or shoes. I'll tell you not a damn thang.....lol. On that note enjoy ur weekend and always put God first in your decisions.

Hey ya'll, so the weekend is near and as usual I won't be doing anything. Hopefully ya'll enjoy urs and be safe. Ok a few things in this blog....lets call it the bipolar blog.

First, I will def be posting a new video every weekend. No matter what it is. I'm posting something, even if it's old. I was going to do SAT and SUN but thats to much for me right now. So instead it'll be either one of those days.

Second, my life is going so well. PPL put God first....nuff said

Lastly, just saw the Love the way you lie video by Em and Ri-Ri. Now I am biased for two reasons. Number 1 being I love Ri-Ri so many things she does I'm gonna love it no matter what. Numero 2 I used to be fan of Em's too but tapes got released of him saying some very racial stuff about black gurls that I will never let go.

But all and all I loved this video very, dark, and sad. But that's his life. And Ri-Ri's old one. Hopefully it does well on whatever TV music channel that's out now...I miss TRL....awww good times.

Casadei-Saturn peep toe Sandal

Hey Starrz ☆☆, how's your weekend. Good I hope. Mine is alright. Yesterday was my last day at on of my jobs. I'll miss the people but that's it. Anyhoo this blog isnt about that. Its about a shoe company called Casadei. I found them in my new US weekly. Yes I am a gossip rag buyer....its entertaining. LOL -___- well I love these shoes but there is no way i'll pay this kind of money for them, But I can appreciate the styling and the merchandising of this product. I guess if you can afford them, more power to ya, but if your like me you can just stare at them and then at your wallet then back at the shoes and then back at your wallet...lol.
